How to Submit Your Order

Once you know what you want, go to the appropriate service page on our site. Scroll down to the order form and fill in all the details. Typical fields include:

• Name & Email – so we know who you are and where to send updates.
• Service Type – choose pet portrait, solo, couples, family, or poster.
• Art Style – pick line art, vector, or semi-realistic.
• Background Preference – plain color, gradient, or shapes.
• Name or Message (if any) – if you want a name, date, or little note included.
• Number of Subjects – how many people/pets are in the image.
• Photo Uploads – add high-quality photos of the subjects.

High-quality, well-lit photos are essential for a great result. Make sure your images clearly show the subjects (we recommend sharp focus and good lighting). Then simply submit the form. Our system will bundle all your info together, so we have everything upfront, avoiding back-and-forth emails.

Order Review & Payment

Within about 24 hours, we review your submission and send you a confirmation email. This email will list all the details you sent (so you can double-check them), and it includes an invoice and payment link. You’ll pay through our secure link to confirm your order. (Some artists require a deposit at this stage.) 

In fact, the typical process is you provide your reference photos and pay a deposit to “book” the artwork. Once your payment is confirmed, our artists schedule your commission and start work on the design.

Artwork Creation & Delivery

As soon as payment is received, our team begins creating your custom piece. We may send you a draft or sketch for approval – this is your chance to suggest any tweaks or changes so that the final art matches your vision. We encourage clear communication during this phase to avoid delays. 

After you’re happy with the preview, we finish the artwork. By the agreed deadline, we email you the final high-resolution digital file (PNG or JPEG).

Printed and Framed Posters (Optional)

If you want a physical copy, we can print and frame your artwork as a poster, too. We’ll send you all the available size options. Once you pick your size, we’ll email a payment link and ask for a shipping address. Then we print your art on high-quality paper and frame it.
