Shipping Information

At TheBludStudio, all products are custom-made and fulfilled by our print-on-demand partner, Printful. Because each order is produced specifically for you, shipping policies differ from traditional retail.

1. Fulfillment Times

  • Average processing time: 2–7 business days.
  • Fulfillment time is in addition to shipping time.
  • Orders with multiple items may ship separately from different Printful facilities at no extra cost.

2. Shipping Estimates (Post-Fulfillment)

  • USA & Canada: 3–7 business days
  • Europe (EU/UK): 3–10 business days
  • Australia & New Zealand: 5–12 business days
  • Asia: 5–15 business days
  • Rest of World: 10–20 business days

Note: These are estimates only. We do not guarantee delivery dates due to factors beyond our control (customs, strikes, carrier delays, force majeure, etc.).

3. Shipping Costs

  • We offer Free Shipping Worldwide
  • No hidden fees, no surprise charges.
  • Even if your order ships in multiple packages, you will never be charged extra.

4. Customs, Duties & Taxes

  • International orders may be subject to import duties, VAT, GST, or customs fees.
  • These charges are paid by the customer and are non-refundable.
  • Refusal to pay customs fees will result in the package being destroyed or donated by Printful; no refund will be issued.

5. Incorrect or Insufficient Address

  • Customers are responsible for providing accurate and complete shipping addresses.
  • If an order is returned due to an incorrect address, an unclaimed package, or a refusal of delivery:

    • Printful will donate/dispose of the package.
    • We will not issue refunds.
    • Reshipping is possible at the customer’s expense.

6. Lost, Delayed, or Stolen Packages

  • If a package is marked “delivered” by the carrier but is missing (e.g., stolen/porch piracy), we cannot replace or refund it.
  • If a package is lost in transit (the carrier never marks it delivered), contact us within 7 days of the estimated delivery. We will investigate with Printful.
  • Carrier delays (weather, customs, strikes, pandemics, etc.) are outside our control and are not refundable.

7. Split Shipments

Orders may be shipped in multiple packages from different Printful locations. Tracking will be provided for each package.

8. Restricted Shipping Countries

Due to Printful’s limitations, we cannot ship to:

  • Crimea, Luhansk, and Donetsk regions of Ukraine
  • Russia, Belarus
  • Syria, North Korea, Iran
  • Some island nations and remote regions

Orders placed in restricted regions will be cancelled and refunded.

9. Tracking & Delivery Confirmation

  • Tracking numbers will be provided via email once available.
  • Tracking updates may take 24–48 hours after shipment.
  • If a customer fails to collect a package after carrier attempts, it will be returned or destroyed, with no refund.

10. Damaged or Misprinted Items

  • If your item arrives damaged, defective, or misprinted, contact us within 30 days of delivery with your order number + photos.
  • We will coordinate with Printful for a replacement.
  • Replacement is only for Printful errors, not customer mistakes (wrong size, wrong color, wrong address).

11. Force Majeure & Third-Party Delays

We are not responsible for delays, loss, or damages caused by circumstances outside our control, including but not limited to:

  • Carrier issues
  • Customs inspections
  • Natural disasters, pandemics, war, or strikes
  • Government restrictions or sanctions
